To hear the unheard is a necessary discipline to be a good ruler. For, when a ruler has learned to listen closely to the people’s heart, hearing their feelings un
communicated, pains unexpressed and complaints not spoken of, only then he can hope to inspire confidence in his people. He can understand when something is wrong, and meet the true needs of the citizens.
The demise of states comes when leaders listen only to superficial words and do not go deeply into the souls of the people to hear their true opinions, feelings and desires

اچھا حکمران
ایک اچھے حاکم کے لئے نہ سنائی دی جانے والی چیز کو سننا ایک ضروری ضابطہ ہے ۔ کیونکہ جب ایک حکمران نے لوگوں کے دلوں کو نزدیک سے سننا ، ان کے احساسات کو ، اور نہ ظاہر کئے گئے دکھ اورنہ بتائی گئی شکایات کو سمجھنا سیکھ لیا تو تب وہ لوگوں میں اعتماد کا ماحول پیدا کرنے کی امید کر سکتا ہے۔جب وہ سمجھتا ہے کہ کوئی چیز غلط ہے اور شہریوں کی حقیقی ضروریات پوری کرتا ہے ۔
حکومتوں کا زوال اس وقت پیدا ہوتا جب لیڈر صرف ظاہری بولے گئے الفاظ کو سنے اوران کی رائے ،احساسات اور خواہشات کو سننے کے لئے روح کی گہرائی میں نہ جائے ۔
